The Barn's neighborhood bistro caters to the whole family, whether you are grabbing a bite at the bar or celebrating a special occasion.
The dining room overlooks the bowling lanes but is acoustically separated—just enough to feel the excitement but not enough to impair conversation.
Serving lunch and dinner daily, the menu is always moderately priced. Our well-known local chef, Jonathan Johnson, is a born and bred island resident, who for many years prior coming to cook at The Barn worked as the head chef at The Grill on Main in Edgartown. In addition to traditional bowling fare such as hamburgers and pizza, Jon offers a number of appetizers, entrées and salads that utilize the abundance of local seafood and produce available on the island, prepared in his signature way.
We offer something for every taste from our very affordable children’s menu, gourmet pizzas, fried chicken, and hand-crafted burgers, to seafood entrees prepared in our kitchen from fresh, local ingredients.
Our horseshoe-shaped bar is a central element in the bistro, and separates it into two areas, one more casual than the other, providing a variety of dining experiences. The bar top features a unique epoxy finish, as does the standing bar that overlooks the lanes. A cozy corner features a gas fireplace and stone hearth.
Our full service bar has a wide choice of craft beers on tap and a unique menu of custom drinks. Full lunch and dinner service is offered at the bar.
